Since 2008, Ms Robert has been focusing her efforts and experience in the area of family law. She has been actively engaged in court proceedings involving child custody, child support, enforcement of custody orders, modification of final orders, and divorce. She has strong research and writing skills.
Ms. Roberts has experience in medical malpractice defense included drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, filing and setting motions for hearing, taking depositions and efficiently conducting extensive research. She has enhanced court room experience arguing summary judgment motions in state district court; executed filings and motions in federal district court; resolved issues affecting private physicians and governmental employees, including, licensing, medical board complaints, credentialing, privileges and contract review. Ms. Roberts has analyzed complex medical records and expert opinions to form defense. Conducted detailed research on legislative history including administrative law and regulations affecting physicians. She has done extensive work with federal regulatory issues for health industry clients.
Ms. Roberts has demonstrated ability to work under pressure with attention to details and deadlines, while proving ability to achieve desired outcomes through deposition testimony and dispositive motions.
